1. Shipping Zones
We ship orders within Sweden and internationally.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
3. Delivery Times
Sweden: normally 2–4 business days
International: normally 5–10 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within Sweden on orders over 399 SEK (approx. €35). For orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and delivery option selected.
6. Taxes, Customs & Duties
All prices for EU customers include VAT (25%). Customers outside the EU are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes in their country.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is unclaimed or an incorrect address is provided, the customer may be charged the actual re-shipping cost.
