These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of urbanarmy.se (the "Website") and your access to the products and services provided by Urban Army AB ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Urban Army

Urban Army provides AI-generated posters and art prints in the fields of fashion, architecture, and vintage. All products are made to order and printed according to your chosen specifications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to purchase from us.

3. Products & Orders

All posters are printed on demand. We may refuse or cancel an order if information is incorrect, in cases of suspected fraud, or if a product is out of stock. Colour variations may occur.

4. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are shown in SEK and include VAT (25%), unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • We accept Klarna, card payments (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods offered via Shopify.
  • All payments are securely processed by our payment partners (e.g., Klarna).
  • Payment must be made in full before delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within Sweden and internationally.
  • Normal delivery time: 2–4 business days within Sweden, 5–10 business days internationally.
  • Delays may occur due to postal services, customs handling, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers outside the EU are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • As products are custom-made, they are not subject to the right of withdrawal under EU distance selling rules.
  • If an item is damaged or defective: contact us within 7 days at support@urbanarmy.se with your order number and photos.
  • Approved claims will be replaced with a new product or refunded.

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

All content is owned by Urban Army AB or its licensors. Products are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Marketing Use

We may use product images for marketing purposes, but we never share personal customer information without consent.

9. Privacy

10. User Conduct

  • Do not use the Website for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not provide false information or impersonate others.
  • Do not upload offensive content.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with functionality or security.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential losses. Colour variations between screen display and printed posters may occur.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts. You may also contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU ODR platform.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
